Reiki

What is Reiki?

The word “Reiki” is made up of two separate words. “Rei”, which
means Universal and “Ki” which means energy or life force.
The most common definition of Reiki is therefore “Universal life
energy”.

Simply speaking, about the process of learning Reiki, called
initiation or attunement – it is a process to open up the
energy channels in your body by a Reiki Master. Once initiated,
you remain attuned for the rest of your life.

Reiki healing is a process of being connected to the Reiki energy.
Using Reiki is simply a matter of awareness of Reiki and the
expression of it is being Reiki.

Reiki is not a religion; rather it is a spiritual practice, which
complements any faith as a hands-on healing practice. A practitioner
gains access to the specific frequencies of energy used in Reiki
by receiving a series of attunements from a Reiki Master.

During an attunement, different energy centers (chakras) and
energy channels are opened and strengthened, which enables
the Reiki practitioner to channel energy through their hands.

Reiki can be transferred either by placing your hands on the
person requiring energy or by distance work.

Just for today I will do my work with appreciation.
Just for today I will lie not, cheat not.
